Cosentino together with the school of art "Escuela de arte 4" and the company I+D+Art have been organising, for a few years now, the International contest of Design "I+D+Art_E4 by Cosentino".

In previous editions, the contestants designed spaces in which they investigated about new materials and technologies. Bringing together students and professionals was the final objective of all the previous editions. This time, as well as these objective, sustainability and eco-architecture is in everybody's mind.

In the second edition in April 2008, "Improvising with light" was the theme for the new spaces. The winner of the contest was awarded with the International Cosentino Scolarship to participate in a summer workshop.

In its third edition, in 2009, they had to create a "A living space for an astronomer", which had to have in a limited space, of personal and working areas. The winner was Valeria Okonis, with her design "Sinoko" and the prize consisted on a Scolarship to study in a workshop chosen by herself.

Cosentino junto con la Escuela de Arte 4 y la empresa I+D+Art lleva ya varios años organizando el Concurso Internacional de diseño "I+D+Art_E4".

En ediciones anteriores, los concursantes diseñaron espacios que lo que hacían era fomentar la investigación de nuevos materiales y tecnologías. La unión de estudiantes y profesionales era el objetivo final de todas las ediciones anteriores. Esta vez, además de estos objetivos, la sostenibilidad y eco-arquitectura es lo que está en la mente de todos.

En la segunda edición en Abril 2008, "Improvisando con la luz" fue el objetivo de los espacios creados. El ganador de la edición, fue recompensado con la Beca Internacional Cosentino para participar en un workshop en verano.

En su tercera edición, en 2009, se ideó una "Vivienda para un astrónomo", que debía constar en un espacio limitado, de area personal y de trabajo. La ganadora fue Valeria Okonis, con su diseño "Sinoko" y el premio consistió en una beca de estudios en un workshop designado por el propio ganador.
